  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 in the UK. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If you are not available to receive the delivery, they will leave a notification for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up from a local facility.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

International Shipping:

  • IMPORTANT FOR US CUSTOMERS: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost. Your package will be marked as "Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)" which means you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees to the carrier when your package arrives.
  • For customers in Canada and other international countries, customs duties and taxes may also apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
